CHG allows me to develop my career to its fullest. The people that I work with are among the best I have ever worked with. The culture makes coming to work exciting and engaging every day.

Cons

The pace of our growth is a challenge to keep up with. Because of the rapid growth I think we are missing on a few opportunities.

- Executives of the company put the employees first with every decision they make. This fosters an environment where the employees know they are appreciated. The executives realize this enables the employees to put our client and providers first. This effort has fostered year over year past growth and bright future company growth prospects. - Love the people I work with! -Very energetic, positive and supportive work environment.

Cons

- I know the grass is green here. Not looking anywhere else for it to be greener. Watering what I have here. I know, for certain, other people who have left here and try to get back in because they didn't realize how good it was here.
