      Pros

      I worked for CHG for almost 3 years and found the company to offer an incredible benefits package that put my health & wellness above all else. My time at CHG was filled with irreplaceable learning opportunities and truly helped me further my career. The company was considerate of my life outside of work and made me feel valued for the work I did.

      Cons

      You work hard to play hard so some days might turn into longer ones, but there is always a reward when all the hard work is done.

      Pros

      CHG is a company that is like a family. The leaders truly care about the people and helping to make a difference in healthcare. Don't get me wrong, there are always things that could be improved but the people and leader at CHG truly want to make things better every day. having worked many other places, I have never been anywhere else where I felt so good about my work environment and the companies commitment to helping me grow and succeeds.

      Cons

      Occassionally it feels like we are behind in technology. I wish we would invest more in fixing that.

      Pros

      People are super nice...maybe too nice that they won't tell you the truth. Pay is ok, the potential to make a ton of money is there but you almost have to put in 10 hour days every day for years and years

      Cons

      Very cutthroat! Cold calling all day every day. Horrible managers, I have been pleading for help and I got nothing. I have never been in such a hostile professional environment
