Pros

CHG is a company that is like a family. The leaders truly care about the people and helping to make a difference in healthcare. Don't get me wrong, there are always things that could be improved but the people and leader at CHG truly want to make things better every day. having worked many other places, I have never been anywhere else where I felt so good about my work environment and the companies commitment to helping me grow and succeeds.

Cons

Occassionally it feels like we are behind in technology. I wish we would invest more in fixing that.

CHG values its employees as demonstrated through the Putting People First culture. Benefits are fabulous, training programs are amazing, and incredible work/life balance.

Cons

Interview process can be a turn off for a lot of people.

Pros

The people they hire are the funnest people to work with. The hire for culture and you can tell. They have a strong focus on making sure you get job satisfaction and that you are engaged in what you do.

Cons

They treat Information Technology as a support group even though they are considered a "Business Partner". The focus on the importance of the sales people is readily apparent from day one. Most incentives are aimed at them and supporting parts of the business feel like 2nd class citizens.
