Pros

Most people leave by 5 pm, it's not a place that makes you work overtime... unless, you aren't hitting your numbers then you better stay late or you risk getting fired. There is a gym onsite and a game room.

Cons

The type of sale is not very difficult, but coming onto a team is very difficult for someone starting out as they basically make you compete with your colleagues who have already have a network of clients who they work with and since you compete with them it's every man for themselves. What they try to do is hire A LOT of people and see who sticks. The CEO and upper management try to act like they are connected with the employees by passing out candies on a quarterly basis to the whole company, but they are so disconnect they can't even keep half of the new people they hire more than a year.

Good employees and nice building. Great benefits.

Cons

Company bases performance off of perception verses facts. Discriminatory remarks are made around the office even by Senior Leaders and nothing is done about it. employees are treated unfairly. If you stand up for yourself you get told you aren't accepting feedback even if you have facts to share in regards to what you are being coached to. Leaders play favorites and do not treat employees equally.

Nice building and good reputation

Cons

FM, specifically FP&A, is a toxic place if you aren’t one of the “cool kids”. Leadership at all levels in this area is either inept or contributing to the poor treatment some of the employees face on a daily basis. It is not at all aligned with the values of the company. I cannot wait to get out of here.
