      Great benefits, work-life balance and co-workers

      Cons

      Overall, it is a good place to work. This company stresses their mission, vision and values, but does not practice them. HR does not have a streamlined process for termination and the members of the recruitment team are unprofessional and inappropriate. HR is supposed to be one of the most important departments, yet at this organization there is a severe lack of professionalism.

      Pros

      Christus provided plenty of opportunity for growth and challenges.

      Cons

      The accounting office was relocated to Irving, TX. The worst part of this all was having to train our replacements when none of us wanted to leave in the first place.
