      management is horrid, positions take more than 2 months before posting. Health insurance is expensive

      Pros

      Scheduling is easy. PTO is nice, but you don’t get to cash it out if you leave.

      Cons

      Dishonest management. Workplace bullying. Toxic workplace with management that will retaliate if you report them in good faith. Pay is very low for nurses in the area. Look elsewhere for work. This goes for the main campus ER and Northpark ER.
