Poor hours, poor management, heavy micromanagement, they change your punch times and think nobody notices, overwork everybody, no discounts if you want food to go after you slave on your feet for hours, don’t honor time off request of availability hours, it’s just all bad. The management has a heavy turnover, so don’t expect to get too close with anyone. Beware of Leo Padla, he is the restaraunt stickler.

Bad management: gives up on you after one mistake. They don’t train you at all. They expect you to memorize the whole drink menu on your third day and they don’t even warn you.
