Pros

Company did a lot to support and give back to the community.

Cons

Claim to be a family company but are very corporate unless you are an actual relative or friend of CEO. Used to put people first but moved away from that model and focus on profits. Burnout is rampant among corporate employees.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and advice. We are excited to report that we are rolling out a Leadership Development Strategy which focuses on our People First philosophy. Also, we have already made available a full schedule of People First classes for 2023. Based on the responses we got from a benefits survey we launched in 2022, this year we implemented parental leave for both parents and improved health insurance at no additional cost to our Associates, among other benefits. We also created a position for ‘Total Rewards’ which, among other things, ensures CITY has competitive compensation and benefits. In spite of the foreseen recession in our economy, we continue promoting from within and raising salaries based on merit.

Thank you for highlighting our Family Spirit. With the addition of more Distribution Centers and our expansion to new geographical areas, we are transferring Service Technicians from within while ensuring the work load remains fair and equitable.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work there, if you are ready to be treated like animals then that's the place to start and finish.

Cons

When you get injured on the job, they cut associate pay to half, have you going in to sit down for the entire shift even if the associate heart is in their palm and if even your medication makes you sleep then you getting fired.
