Pros
working for a smaller company can be satisfying, particularly if you believe the mission of the organization, to expand awareness of asian/korean culture, etc.
Cons
there are a ton of organizational issues, people are paid below industry standard, morale is low much of the time because of indecision on how the future will roll out. the company hasn't been that successful (compared to what is always expected) and it's always a lot of pressure from headquarters to potentially close down one business or another.
