Pros

CJE is a wonderful company, that is just starting to establish itself as the leading Asian media content provider. Although it is a start-up establishment in the States, it is one of the biggest companies back in South Korea. Therefore, among Korean community, the name CJ has an extremely high value.

Cons

Because it is a fairly new company in the States, there are many parts that are somewhat disorganized. In other words, there isn't a concrete structure that they will train you through.
