Pros

- best part of working in CJ is that you get a 35% employee discount on every business CJ is operating (i.e restaurants, movie theaters, drug stores, resorts etc..) and welfare program of female workers is good.

Cons

- typical korean style working evironment (overtime work, inefficient & ineffective organization etc.)

Long lunch hours. That's probably it.

Cons

Impatience upper management oblivious to the North American market. Calling non-Koreans "foreigners." Looking down on the local hires compared to the HQ people. Laying off everybody in the Los Angeles office to go to San Francisco and giving everybody only 1 week notice. Absence of a HR department.
