Pros
you can learn about the system and all of the workers are approachable and kind.
Cons
they are not good in terms of salary and also before you became a regular employee you should have tender 1 yr and a half contract as a contractual and 6 months probationary.and then even you are considered as a probationary you will be given the same amount of salary as a contractual employee.then once you got the regularization period? you will be given a little adjustment in you previous salary. worst!
