you can learn about the system and all of the workers are approachable and kind.

Cons

they are not good in terms of salary and also before you became a regular employee you should have tender 1 yr and a half contract as a contractual and 6 months probationary.and then even you are considered as a probationary you will be given the same amount of salary as a contractual employee.then once you got the regularization period? you will be given a little adjustment in you previous salary. worst!

- Yearly Bonus - encourages strong teamwork - free gifts or tickets

Cons

- Extremely Political - Workers' are constantly driven to work like a mad-men yet rewarded extremely little. - Mostly criticism not compliments. - Management jokes go too far - Everybody is working integrated jobs, no specific roles. - Too much gossiping - Everything gets piled up on desk but no development since everybody works by politics. - Workers are learned to push work to other people, not manage them.
