Pros
Interesting work, it never gets repetitive, very busy all the time with various projects, company outings for bonding
Cons
Stiff environment, management has terrible communication (we don't read minds, if you want something done tell us straight up, not beat around the busy), no official vacation time (you get less than 1 day off for every month you work), long long workdays (officially 9hrs, but the majority stayed behind to past 10-11hrs each day because there was a lot of work). Would I recommend this company to a family member or a good friend? No way.
