Great entry level job. No room for advancement

As a first job fresh out of college, it is a good place to learn. Workloads are manageable, and the management is laid back at most time.

Cons

There is no room for advancement. Getting promoted is almost impossible starting out as an entry. Work can get very mundane after couple months. And, salary is below average.
