Great benefits and perks. Company has standards in place to attempt to take care of their employees.

Cons

Tense atmosphere from top to bottom. Aggressive and demanding with unrealistic immediate expectations. Not fond of Americans/high superiority complex.

Pros

The best benefits I've ever had at any company. My 401k is matched and gym. Lots of food involved with lunches and snacks covered by the company. All my coworkers are really nice and treat each other with kindness. I don't think I've ever heard anyone yell at anyone, unlike a lot of companies I've been at.

Cons

Everyone works long hours. There is an expectancy for you to work hard.
