Fast-paced and overwhelming with manual tasks, chaos in operations, overtime is common, WFH requires approval and nonsensical reporting, very korean mindset company trying to adopt a flat and inclusive structure but yet to achieve any, management has a heavy English accent and frequently makes jokes about the locals, seemingly unaware that they are in the UK, disrespectful and often insulting to employees, poor benefits, unrealistic KPIs, timelines and plans often lack realism, low pay, lack of experienced management, high-pressure environment, You don’t need to excel at your work; just pleasing your boss is what leads to good career progression.
