Pros

CJ E&M deals with K-pop contents and K-drama which seems fun. But only if you really want this media industry. A company tries to change the culture, introducing flexible work time and Break for Invent policy letting employees take half-day off once in 2 weeks freely. Young employees are open minded and creative. Ban sexual harassment strictly and nobody dislikes women who enjoy cigarettes. Many women executives and leaders. You can work with Korean actors and pop stars if you work in marketing, production or PR area.

Cons

Too much work load and the elders have old fashioned Korean working habits, and most of them act aggressively with negative thinking. And usually the executives are timid to put investment in R&D, and almost everyone is so sensitive like they have bipolar. And the worst thing is low salary. But it's all because of dull market growth and saturated viewership ratings in the domestic market.
