Free Snacks. Office in a nice building. Co-workers are nice.

Cons

Dumb, irresponsible, despicable management. Lay people off frequently for no big reason. Low salary. Noisy HR people. No room for improvement/raise. Full of no brainer works - all crucial decisions are made by Korea HQ.

In competent managers, meaningless overtime work

Pros

As the managers have their plain workers to have too heavy works and responsibility in their work and the company has a leading position in its industry, the ordinary employees have some opportunities in the company and the welfare is not bad in compare to other major companies in Seoul.

Cons

Vertical hierarchy and military culture are pervasive in the company so members cannot express their opinions freely and the old-fashioned managers always press their members to overwork even if it's necessary or not. And this silly atmosphere is possible because the company doesn't pay for extra work.
