When I first started at Clark, things seemed off but I thought it was just because it was new and I would get used to it. As time went on things seems to get a little worse, day after day. Finally, after a few years of this nonsense, I began to wonder whyI was doing this to myself. They constantly tell you how great a place it is to work and you almost start to fall for it. You don't even realize how bad it was until you finally leave and move on to somewhere better. The pay at Clark is also much lower than most other places.

Has become extremely inflexible with salaried employees over the last couple of years. Salaried employees must adhere to the same rigid schedule as if they are hourly employees punching a clock. I've been here many years and put in a lot of very long nights and working from home, plus a great many weekends. Now because some new hourly unskilled people can't make it in on time, all of us are being punished.
