Pros

A couple of years ago Clark used to be a good place to work, I cannot think of anything good about the current situation there.

Cons

It seems like upper management has lost their mind. They are losing all of their good employees and making everyone else miserable. The seem to be purposely trying to kill worker morale.

Pros

Most people are nice most of the time. Work hours aren't terrible.

Cons

Pay and benefits are TERRIBLE!! They under pay most of the new talent as well with little to no room for advancement. They hire farmers as "engineers". Their sales are terrible and the production numbers are just as bad. Lots of nepotism with upper management and its not received well.
