Potential for relatively new CEO to clean house of existing senior leadership and form more evolved, thoughtful, 3P focused company (people, performance, profitability)..

Cons

Aggressively acquiring companies it cannot then afford to invest time and resources in effectively integrating. Corporate Human Resources function is uncaring, bureaucratic and political. Hires good people and often treats them badly.

Small company and growing in the industry.

Cons

Many changes after the new CEO. Reminds me of how a corporation is ran. Very different from how the company was ran previously. Focuses on profit instead of employees.
