      1) Small company with "potential" to grow 2) Never ending list of things to do and fires to put out 3) Great group of colleagues and co-workers, will literally be your support in getting ahead and dealing with difficult management

      Cons

      1) Over promising clients and customers, to the point where goals are infeasible 2) Very little forward thinking, actions often negatively impacts everyone 3) Selfish. Very focused on achieving their own agendas as opposed to company's objectives 4) Promotion based on old boys club 5) Management protects their positions, be very careful in dealing with them 6) Poor.. very poor communication 7) Employees are scared of telling the truth, encourages little information sharing
