      Pros

      Great people to work with, good benefits (though can be expensive), flexible

      Cons

      The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. All decisions are made in Austin, with no regard to what happens in the rest of the country/offices. The company grew/is growing too fast and unable to deliver on promises made to clients 2-3 years ago. High turnover, especially in Great Lakes region.

      Do any of these managers go thru a background check? Some real mixed up head cases run the Mi. office.
