      Worst job experience of my 20+ years of working

      Pros

      They really try to make it seem like employees are cared about by management (which people only believe for so long) but in the end, they are really only focused on making as much profit as possible no matter what the cost to the people.

      Cons

      Working excessive hours month after month without having replacement staff or job vacancies filled, salary and bonus plans are below market, no real career advancement, overall a very tense and stressful working culture.

      Pros

      Fosters a learning environment for its employees. Tries to do what is right for its employees and its customers. Top management seems to genuinely care about the culture.

      Cons

      Is sometimes late in hiring resources to fulfill its obligations, often times creating very high workload and very high stress for its field employees.

      Cons

      As the saying goes, "information and knowledge are power." Gaining access to upper-level information can be quite difficult, and must be actively sought. Trickle-down information occasionally is not passed along to those below the management level.
