A great company...unless you're a temp
Pros
The work environment is great and relaxed, and the company itself is very involved with the community, which I greatly enjoyed. Even my individual office did fun things together like weekends on the lake, walks for charity, etc. The work was easy, and there was not the stress of having to take work home with you.
Cons
While the job in the call center is great, and easy for the pay, dealing with management was not always so easy. There is either extremely poor or a complete lack of communication between managers, and even poorer communication to us lowly temps. We were told some things by one director, only to be told something completely different by another. In general, things seem to be very disorganized and management implements plans before they are fully thought out or ready to be implemented. This led to perhaps one of the most frustrating experiences of my career to date, where we did not receive our commission for the month of October until the middle of December, because management could not and had not decided how to pay us before they implemented the commission system and our goals.
