Dysfunctional incompetent manager, dysfunctional company , I left after two weeks if that helps you understand what a dysfunctional company this is. Lied to about job duties. They do not give you a cell phone only $50 towards your bill . Read the other reviews. There is a reason they only have two stars. These types of companies come & go. They are under contract & a budget from the utilities companies so if they run out of money or the contact is not renewed then your out of a job.

Too much growth too quick, now making huge cuts....All we hear is "BUDGET"

Pros

flexible work schedule, nice people, free coffee/pop!

Cons

Just laid off around 15-20 people due to "budget" which is a word that is being heavily utilized now. Only hire temps then let them go when "slow season" comes around. Reduced to only 40 hours yet expect to see 50-60 hours worth of work as output. Sub par pay (at best) for job duties!

The work hours are great. Your day starts the minute you leave your home. Can't complain about that.

Cons

Insufficient managers are not removed for consistent bad decisions and the blame is places on the field representatives.
