Pros

A great vision .... but it stops there. Company held so much promise but then .... all the great things that looked to be bright went dark.

Cons

Disjointed ... misaligned. Grew too big too fast and now can't handle it. Poorly planned staff reductions. People are leaving left right and center without replacements. Leaving those behind to pick up the slack and they get burned out really fast. Now even C-levels are leaving; what does that say about this future for this company?

Loosely Organized, but Not Awful

Pros

Open, accepting culture. Flexible schedule.

Cons

You never really know what's going on around you until it's too late. I wish it had only happened once and only just to me, but it's a recurring theme. Management is the least transparent of any organization I've ever worked with, they're actually professionals at deception. It's kinda scary. Below average pay, at least for me. In the 20th percentile according to Payscale.. They have to realize you can't retain talent with low salaries.

Nice place to work; HR is a hot mess

Pros

Great people; lot of opportunity to grow and learn. I really matured as a professional here.

Cons

HR or management can not seem to commit and then comply with a deadline for increases, promotions, bonuses. Dates come and go -- people have bills, and if you can't figure out how to pay people, then you should resign and let people in (outsource!) who can make it happen.
