      The people that work at CLEAResult genuinely care about our mission and are excited about the impacts of our work. I enjoy my work because of my amazing team and internal partners. There are lots of opportunities for growth if you are willing to work hard and are a thought leader. Workload expectations are very reasonable and flexibility is given as needed to achieve a happy work/life balance.

      Cons

      We have been through some very turbulent transitions in leadership and challenging restructures of the company over the last 4 years. However, I am VERY impressed with our current leadership and their focus on people, our mission, and our culture as well as the health and growth of our business.
