No data governance policies customer's personal information not secured anyone with access to the program software has access to it. Lack of compatible software for the tasks performed. Program managers conduct meetings for "knowledge sharing" no knowledge base, no consistency from program to program. Managers lack professionalism use profanity on web meetings. Company culture is toxic. Managers don't understand workflow and require constant hand-holding and detailed explanations of next-steps. Managers lack confidence, don't take responsibility for their mistakes don't think or plan ahead so they lack preparation and spend to much time and resources putting out fires. Throwing employees under the bus to save face with the client is a regular occurrence.

The company has lost its mission and values. Now it's all about the investors, making profit, and squeezing the most work out of us at the lowest cost. The lay offs continue yet the workload continues to grow.
