Good people doing good work. You get to hear a lot about all the different projects they do and the impact they have.
Cons
Some internal teams are difficult to deal with and there can be a lot of red tape. The project and supervisor you work with makes all the difference. If you're in Operations or working on proposals, there can be some long days.
