      Pros

      Awesome company to work for, a ton of time off and good benefits. Great pay for what you are doing and have a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and lack of training and changes all the time show that. When I was hired i was told there was no weekend work required, but we lost a program manager and another came in that required weekend work. Policy changes continue to change as the company grows and it gets confusing for someone who is remotely working in the field trying to essentially train on their own.

      Our training opportunities, especially for field staff, need some enhancements. A new learning management tool and improvements to the new employee onboarding experience are underway. Your patience and advice are appreciated.

      Growing Company

      Pros

      I currently work for Clearesult. The company seems to really care about their employees. The Portland office has a great vibe and the people are a lot of fun. Most of us work in cubicles, which is a nice open work space. The city views are spectacular from our office space. Lots of office activities planned by the green team. I like that my manager lets me work from home some days, especially when things get crazy with my family. Great worklife balance. The breakroom is huge and stocked with coffee. The new CEO is very down to earth. We are passionate about energy efficiency and proud of it.

      Cons

      The company grew through several acquisitions last year. So many new faces. The company was without a CEO last year, which added to the lack of good communication about vision and company culture.
