      Good work environment, relaxed, neat opportunity for travel and learning by visiting different manufacturing facilities

      Cons

      relatively lower salary, driving time, uncompensated overtime

      Pros

      Great team environment, felt valued by all members of the team, cares about your future and finding a good fit.

      Cons

      Some work expectations were above pay grade; they needed to redefine the position so that we were compensated for the requirements of the job.

      Growing fast

      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly through organic and inorganic methods, which can cause some anxiety in the workforce. A bright spot for the company is the strategy around renewing the technology platform. They brought in a new CTO about a year ago whose has been fantastic, open and communicative. He is dramatically turning an older IT focused organization into a real customer centric technology team and platform, I enjoy working with his team. The more technology centric approach has for the company is starting to pay off even though the larger strategy of the company is a bit murky.

      Cons

      The addition of the CTO, CMO and reorganization of the shared services is going the right way, the service delivery teams in portland and midwest need attention and direction.
