      Poor communication, company mergers causing more of a "corporate" feel.

      Anytime a contract comes to an end, our first concern is the people who will be negatively affected. We sincerely regret any miscommunication that occurred. There are options available for you. We have been working to find other roles within the company for this team, although not always in the same location. Please contact your local HR director to discuss transition assistance.       Pros

      Flexible work hours. Employees are allowed to complete their eight hour shift anytime between seven am and five pm.

      Cons

      Repeated mandatory overtime with little to no prior notice to the employees. Management lack understanding or knowledge of day to day activities.
