      Pros

      It's a company that's growing quickly, so there's a lot of opportunity to work on different things or transfer to other cities. Overall, it provides a great team-oriented, goal-driven atmosphere.

      Cons

      Still functions like a startup in a lot of ways, so trying to get better organized internally. That isn't necessarily a con though - just a reality of a fast-growing company.

      Pros

      The company is growing fast both organically and thru acquisitions. The management team is open/honest and new additions at CTO and CMO have been fantastic.

      Cons

      Not to many, clear growth ahead of a large industry swing and great financial backing by GA

      One of the best places I've worked - great mission + great people

      Pros

      The best thing about working here are the smart and really interesting people that I get to work with. Folks are passionate about their work and our mission to change the way people use energy. Do good by doing good. I love coming to work every day.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that most of our teams and what our company is doing is 'unchartered' territory. So, if you're looking for an operating manual to tell you exactly how to do your job you will be disappointed. If you like to be respected and empowered and accountable to do what you were hired for and are obviously great at, then you'll find folks will support you both when you succeed as well as fail. If you aren't agile, flexible and love entrepreneurial spirit, then you won't love it here.
