      loads of creative freedom, ability to self-define, and multitudinous opportunities for collaboration and networking with some of the very best minds in the industry.

      Cons

      growing so very fast that the holes in the infrastructure require significant stretching to fill- this usually means more work, poor communication, and poor recognition.

      Great benefits & perks, exceptionally competent colleagues, and fast growth! CLEAResult offers lateral and upward professional development opportunities, including an up-and-coming career pathing strategy.

      Cons

      As the saying goes, "information and knowledge are power." Gaining access to upper-level information can be quite difficult, and must be actively sought. Trickle-down information occasionally is not passed along to those below the management level.

      The people are great, very friendly and concerned about the environment.

      Cons

      People are expect to be available all the time, it is very common to work over 50 hours week after week. The year end push often requires mega hours to complete. Your experience varies widely depending on the office location and your manager.
