      Pros

      Salary was good and hours were somewhat flexible. Client was great!

      If you like to be micromanaged and work overtime ( hourly pay) and not be able to claim it this job is for you! No positive feed back only guilt and criticism from program manger and his "supervisor ". No problems or issues were allowed to be discussed during weekly conference calls. A lot of smoke and mirrors in this program.

      Promoting the wrong people

      Promoting the wrong people to Senior Operations Analyst, constantly making the people who are not promoted work as Senior people, while they don’t get the pay. Too much fake positiveness going on in the company, managers talk a lot but work a little.

      No understanding of work/life balance. You are on "call" al the time, just not for launches, special prodcuts. Poor resource planning by executives which results in burn out. Lack collaboration between teams.
