      Okay, but serious issues that need to be addressed

      Pros

      Internal teams are good, most in-office staff are enjoyable to work with and there's some very smart people here. Salary and benefits are okay, not great. The newer national focus means there's interesting contracts to work on.

      Cons

      Company has grown faster than they know what to do with the companies they've acquired. Past relationships and teams that were highly motivated and functional were dismantled in favor of some new "functional model". Upper management doesn't seem to care about if workload is too much as long as billable hours are there. Seems to be a company focus on quantity over quality and it shows. Infrastructure as far as IT goes is atrocious, worst place I've ever worked for in that regard. A lot of employees turnover this year.

      Great People, Good Work, Wrong Focus

      great people to work with - dedicated, smart, kind, driven good work being done - helping customers, doing the right thing

      Cons

      wrong focus of attention - time and resources are poured into winning new contracts, while current contracts struggle

      Thank you for your comments! It won't happen over night, but we are working to integrate processes, programs and ideas from the companies that have recently joined the CLEAResult family. I'm proud to say that four of our six senior regional vice presidents came to CLEAResult from companies we strategically invested in.

      Growing fast

      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly through organic and inorganic methods, which can cause some anxiety in the workforce. A bright spot for the company is the strategy around renewing the technology platform. They brought in a new CTO about a year ago whose has been fantastic, open and communicative. He is dramatically turning an older IT focused organization into a real customer centric technology team and platform, I enjoy working with his team. The more technology centric approach has for the company is starting to pay off even though the larger strategy of the company is a bit murky.

      Cons

      The addition of the CTO, CMO and reorganization of the shared services is going the right way, the service delivery teams in portland and midwest need attention and direction.
