#1 con; as an employee in the field, you are expected to pay for everything out of pocket, and wait 1.5+ months to be reimbursed. You will regularly be expected to stay in a hotel, and pay out of pocket . Simply put, this needs to change. In the future I could see the company shifting to the use of expense cards... this company has developed an adapt or die approach to continuous improvement, so hopefully they will fix this one issue.
Since CLEAResult is actively winning new contracts around the country, and setting up shop in areas where they didn't exist before, HUGE aspects of the program, and the process are very new, and are constantly being re-engineered. This can be annoying, but if you've got the entrepreneurial spirit, you have an AMAZING opportunity to build the company up from the ground floor. Management does an incredible job of listening to opinions, and incorporating suggestions into future versions of the process and procedure. If you're an idea person, who's looking to constantly optimize and improve processes this is the job for you. A lot of tools and applications used during the process of assessing are in "infant" stages; with the brilliant people at this company, these problems won't last for long.
Not a huge con, but management will let you know ASAP if you're doing something wrong or under-performing, and hold you personally responsible for getting behind for reasons beyond your control. Although this can be nerve-wracking, management does an incredible job of motivating from a place of positivity, and clearly communicating objectives; when one person falls down, the entire team works to pull them back up.
