      Flexible employer, good experience related to energy conservation in Ontario, supportive managers and peers

      Cons

      Pay is poor and any changes are very difficult even with good performance, people with good metrics tend to be promoted regardless of aptitude or suitability and metrics are easy to optimize (complexity of work is not considered)

      Decent pay for a new graduate living in Toronto Good manager can be your best ally You’ll learn a lot about the energy efficiency industry You’ll make a few friends in the market, networking is key

      Training isn’t the best for new technology reviews, They can pay better tbh, but it’s not so bad Non existent career ladder, don’t get attached
