Great progressive company to work for. They are expecting a lot of growth.

Cons

I found some team members in the Legal department challenging to work with due to lack of communication and high expectations. This role is a two in one, which was also challenging during the busy season (end of the year). Legal department lacks standard operating procedures due to variety of incoming matters.

*Amazing work life balance *Manager is supportive and helpful *12 days of vacation with 10 sick days. As your manager is supportive. You can easily take extra vacation if needed. *Great health and dental benefits with Manulife *RRSP matching is also better than many other employers. *Hybrid work

Cons

*Pay was much higher before but recently CR reduced their pay when hiring new employees *No bonus for this positions plus absolutely no career growth at this field of work
