Where to begin. Leadership is beyond tone deaf, they mostly seem to be making strange videos that convey nothing of substance and repeat consultant jargon ad nauseam. Information is so sanitized that you would think the company is doing great, but there haven’t been bonuses in years. Employees are expected to be satisfied with 1.5% raises and contributing more of their paycheck to health insurance. As previous reviews have stated, morale is very low and most do not feel valued or part of a team or vision of any kind. Turnover is high and that doesn’t always mean positions are back filled, creating more uncertainty for current employees.
