      Pros

      Energy efficiency industry is interesting and impactful, making a difference Life is better away from CR

      Cons

      Deep lack of integrity amongst HR team and leadership; never hesitate to disrespect the people who actually do all the work; employees are not supported or taken care of; they just want to dominate the industry and they have zero empathy for anyone that works at CR.

      Pros

      Health insurance, sick time, and PTO were ok. Not great though, and I hear they keep getting worse.

      Cons

      Too many to list: understaffed in every single department. Given this, there are unreachable goals placed on staff that cannot manage their day to day workload as is. Management doesn't care or can't, they are too busy slashing budgets and they know they are just a number too. Little room for advancement.

      Local offices can be great to work in if led by the right management team.

      Shake-up in executive team has negatively impacted the company. Losing focus on the customer and on the employee for the sake of short term metrics.
