Senior management does things without any justification. I was hired to be remote 3 days a week then they instantly changed it and made us back to the office more and floated the idea that this will not be permanent. Also the way they did it was with the CEO rambling about trans kids how he is the bad guy for thinking everyone should be in the office full time but they talked him out of it. It honestly was the biggest nonsense I have seen from a CEO. Then middle management keeps saying we are coming back full time. So they are very deceptive when it comes to hiring practices. Also they switched to google from Microsoft this year, even though a lot of the software we use doesn’t work with google. So now I work for a company and have to send emails through Gmail instead of a professional software like outlook. Just like why?
