there is little change when change is clearly needed. employees are fleeing pretty much weekly. hr talks about improving the employee retention but nothing has been done. management is also sadly very weak. people-leaders aren't necessarily good at managing people, they've just lasted for a long time. there is little room for growth or opportunities across the company.

Staff overworked with mandatory Saturdays. Extremely undervalued, no raises and small bonus leading everyone to be unhappy and looking. Lacks organization and plans. Only good ideas are plagiarized and sold as own.
