Pros

The company is willing to hire just about anyone with a shred of technical aptitude, and will keep rewarding as long as you're willing to put in the time.

Cons

The company's recent rapid growth has meant that organizational structure shifting needs to happen, but has not happened effectively yet. Lack of a clear reporting structure, next to no official training for onboarding, kind of a "sink or swim mentality", software riddled with bugs.

Pros

Coworkers are great, you'll have ample time to learn and ERP software and will be able to work with some one the largest construction clients within the construction industry

Cons

Management and department Managers are in their own world. Do not have communication within departments. Do NOT expect to get a lot of training or help with advancing your career here. The company was found in the 1970's and the mentality has stayed there

Not much interaction. Do your job and get going kind of atmosphere. New Technologies aren't much used. Not a Agile Atmosphere.
