Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased you appreciated the flexibility of remote work at CMiC. Compensation is reviewed annually and aligned with industry benchmarks, and concerns around fairness or favoritism are taken seriously. That said, these concerns must be raised internally to be properly addressed. Speaking up is essential if issues are to be resolved. We value transparency and accountability, and we encourage all employees to engage directly when they experience challenges.

Pros

They hire new talent and believe in grooming them which is great for someone who is still trying to build a career in the software implementations industry. CMiC consultants are sought out by other organizations.

Cons

Their salaries are very low to start with. They dont care about employee loyalty and thats why there's alot of employee attrition on a regular basis and they don't care about it. Too much travel so fit for someone who is ok with not seeing their family throughout the week. Lots of favoritism. Their benefits are ok .

Thank you for your review. Employee satisfaction is important to us, and we always look to gain feedback to continue to improve the employee experience. We have been conducting anonymous employee surveys for a few years now to get a pulse of the company and the views of employees and we will continue to do so. We use various metrics as well to understand what is going on within the company and turnover rates are one of them. We are pleased to share that we have had very low turnover rates in the last few years. The nature of the Implementation Consultant position does require a lot of travel and so it may not be the best fit for everyone. We share this information when hiring to ensure that candidates can make an informed decision when joining in the role. We want to continue to find ways to reward and acknowledge staff who work hard and are always open to additional feedback on how to do this, so we encourage staff to provide suggestions through the anonymous surveys, suggestion box, or during Stay Interviews.
