We are sorry to hear you are not having a good experience working at CMiC. We try to stay in line with market standards for our salaries by conducting research and reviewing compensation levels of staff annually. If there are concerns regarding this matter, then they should be brought to the attention of HR. Appreciation for work is provided during our company-wide meetings, through our Kudos Club (our online praise platform), and by awarding Outstanding Contribution Awards, spot awards, and annual bonuses. We also encourage managers to provide praise on an ongoing basis. Steve is part of our top management team and oversees the Product Management group. This group is dedicated to improving the software and creating a roadmap/vision for the product based on customer feedback and market research. We are always continuing to look at ways to improve and innovate.

Training is extremely important to us as we understand this sets the base for success for our staff. Our Product Support Analysts go through very thorough training to ensure they have the information and knowledge they need to perform their role. We are continuing to evaluate the technology we use and introducing new tech. We have been using AI and will continue to explore ways to utilize it.
