Making experience in Canada from India is making good chance for next job. Management not being to good. Not organized.

Cons

Big dicisions are making lots of changes but no planning. Every day new idea that doesn't come. The manager is always changing his mind.

It was a good feeling to come into a company where I felt valued for my contributions. Not only that, Computer Methods is also a very multicultural company and it's great that they offer an area for Muslims to pray each day. What's also great is that it is a friendly and supportive atmosphere. It was very easy to talk to management when I was confused about a certain task. They provided me good direction.

Cons

I felt that I couldn't talk to the project manager of Haiku. The rest of management provided me good direction. I usually chose to go above the project manager of Haiku to find out which path to take in a certain task.
