      RUN! A nightmare.

      Pros

      Pay is decent. No other pros.

      Cons

      -High deductible on health insurance. Difficult to find care. -Unorganized. They say they will assign a "buddy/mentor", but their caseload is so high they are overwhelmed to help so you are left stuck not knowing what to do. - No structure with training. -System to make payments is from the 1980s -They say you won't be thrown into the wolves. but you will. -Understaffed. High turnover. -You will burn out quick.

      Pros

      There is none. Years ago the company was decent, but it has gone down hill with the current CEO.

      Cons

      They expect you to work for free as the workloads are not realistic. The only way to keep up with the job load is by working through lunch and after hours. Of course they will never ask you to do that, but it's the only way to meet their expectations. Countless of useless meetings, which takes away from doing your job, yet they expect you to meet the requirements. Be prepared to have a nervous breakdown as you try to keep up with the job load.
