      Pros

      Misery loves company. Nobody is happy so you make friends through that.

      Cons

      The health insurance is an absolute joke. The best tier is still a high deductible plan and it only gets worse from there. For employees that have been working remotely perfectly fine during COVID, they’re being rewarded by being forced back into the office once a week (to start). Everyone on the same day, so you can’t even properly socially distance. Why does management need to see me to know I’m working? Workload production is already being monitored and tracked.

      Great place to work if you have a law degree. If not, forget it.

      Cons

      Lawyers have taken over and any non-lawyers are being given the boot. Terrible culture there now.
